Ensure the candle wick has been trimmed to around 6mm before being lit.

In order to get most out of your candle, ensure it is lit long enough to melt the entire surface.

If tunnelling occurs then use our simple trick to get your candle back on track.

We recommend burning the candle for a maximum of three to four hours at a time, this not only preserves the fragrance but ensure it doesn’t burn too hot.

Should the wick require centering, gently readjust to the correct position when the wax is still molten. Allow the candle to solidify before relighting.

Should any black smoke appear, extinguish the candle and trim the wick to 6mm. Once cooled, wipe the glass with a disposable cloth and continue to burn as usual.

For safety, never leave a lit candle unattended or in a draft

Always protect the surface on which the candle sits.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep away from curtains and other flammable objects.

Please do not burn your candle all the way down. Extinguish the candle with at least 5mm of non-molten wax at the bottom.
